- Boats equipped with over-the-transom exhaust or
exposed inboard motor(s).
- Boats with maximum speeds exceeding 70 mph
- Bass boats with maximum speeds exceeding 90 mph
Homemade boats with full coverage
- Boats over 50 feet in length and/or valued over
$250,000 and Personal Watercraft over 15 feet in length
and/or valued over $27,000
- Boats/PWC used for racing or speed tests (except
sail boats)
- Boats/PWC used for commercial purpose
- Physical Damage Only policies
- Boats with more than two motors (other than trolling
motors)
- Boats with maximum horsepower greater than 500 for
a single engine or 1000 for twin engines
- Boats used as a primary residence.
